When requesting the electrocardiogram interpretation service At CardioDinamics, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. License of Use
The interpretation of the studies will be carried out by one of the cardiologists on the CardioDinamics staff, who are highly qualified people with specific training for do it. They have the endorsement of the different councils and the general directorate of professions in the area of cardiology.
It will only be possible to perform the interpretation of electrocardiograms for patients within the Mexican Republic.
The applicant may make use of the interpretation of the electrocardiogram for the purposes that it suits, either for his medical history, in case of loss of a previous report, or in the case of a health professional, to grant the interpretation of the study to some of their patients.
The report granted to the applicant may not be modified or altered for any reason.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CardioDynamics at any time.
3. Responsibility
CardioDinamics and its providers are not responsible for the treatment given to the patient or any of the complications associated with the condition. Likewise, it is important to note that the resting electrocardiogram is a study that can only be assessed for approximately 10 seconds, so we cannot be held responsible for the evolution of the condition or changes in the disease.
What's more, CardioDinamics or the provider does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, likely course, or reliability of the interpretation.
The interpretation should always be supported by the clinic, so the interpretation does not guarantee a definitive diagnosis.
CardioDinamics or its providers are not responsible for the data entered not they are true or present some error in their writing or filling. Similarly, errors associated with taking the electrocardiogram and technical problems with the equipment are the responsibility of the technician or doctor who performed the study, so we disclaim all responsibility in this regard.
4. Limitations
In no case CardioDinamics or its suppliers shall be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the CardioDinamics website, including Yes CardioDinamics or an authorized representative of CardioDinamics has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Diagnosis, treatment, management of complications and follow-up of the patient, as well as the final interpretation of the study according to the clinical characteristics of the patient, are the responsibility of the treating physician, as this is a platform for descriptive purposes only and is not a substitute for a physical examination or medical consultation.
5. Accuracy of interpretation
interpretations of the study of CardioDinamics and its providers may include technical errors or typographical. CardioDinamics and its suppliers do not warrant that any of the interpretations are accurate or complete, nor do they guarantee a diagnosis definitive.
In the event that the study lacks quality, either due to error in taking the electrocardiogram, the file is of poor quality or illegible, or the appropriate file format is not available, it will be requested by email that one of the following actions be carried out: 1. Perform the electrocardiogram again; 2. Send the file again to the email contacto@cardiodinamics.com; 3. In case of not being able to carry out any of the previous actions, a refund may be requested within the first 48 hours of the interpretation request.
6. Interpretation time
The time to perform the interpretation of an EKG is an estimate, and can usually be done within 24 hours. However, the interpretation time may vary and we are not responsible for any damages associated with the interpretation time or the delay in diagnosis.
In the event that for reasons attributable to CardioDinamics or any of its suppliers it is not possible to perform the interpretation of the study, it will be notified by email and the total reimbursement of the study will be made.
7. Guarantees or Refunds
The interpretation of the study does not have any type of guarantee, so when the interpretation is made and sent to the email provided will be taken upon completed study. The reimbursement of the study will only be made in the event that for reasons attributable to CardioDinamics or one of its providers could not perform the interpretation. In the event that the file lacks sufficient quality for its interpretation, a notification will be made by email and Reimbursement may be requested within the first 48 hours after the request for interpretation.
8. Modifications
CardioDynamics You may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with global laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
